How do you connect to bluetooth?

Turn on the device, search your phone for the bluetooth device called ELYXFUL BCE and connect. It’s that simple!

Does bluetooth work underwater?

No, all bluetooth connections will get disrupted underwater. This is why we implemented a standalone MP3 mode for use when you’re swimming or relaxing at the pool.

How do I switch to MP3 mode?

Very easily! Just double press the power button to switch back and forth between MP3 mode and bluetooth mode.

Do these work with IPHONES?

Yes, they are compatible with Iphones and will connect to your Mac devices so you can upload your music onto the device.

Are they adjustable?

No, they are made for a one size fits all. They will wrap securely around your head and over your ears comfortably.

How long do these last in the water?

These are IP68 rated waterproof headphones and can be submerged underwater for a good amount of time. I have had a swimming sessions of around 35 minutes with no issues. I’ll test these for maximum time shortly.

Is there warranty for this product?

Unless registered for other promos, 2 years of warranty is always provided to protect your device. You can read about the warranty here.

Does the bone conduction headphones include a microphone?

Yes, you can make calls and answer calls with or without your phone. Easily answer with the press of a button or make calls with your phone’s voice assistant.

How long does the battery last on these headphones?

Your headphones can play music for 8+ hours on a full battery at a volume of about 70%. Higher volumes will consume battery quicker and you’ll get a couple hours less. You can check your battery life under the bluetooth connection of your device.

How long does it take to get my order?

After you place your order, it’ll take 1-2 days to be packaged and shipped. We will ship your order via UPS or USPS priority mail. Shipping is typically between 2-5 days. We are in California, so the closer you are to us, the faster you’ll receive them!

Can I return the product for a refund?

Absolutely! If for some reason you’re not satisfied with the product, you can contact us within 45 days for a full refund. If there are any issues beyond that, don’t forget that we have you covered under our warranty!
