Returns
ELYXFUL offers a 45-day money-back guarantee for all orders placed at ELYXFUL.COM.

If you’re not satisfied with your headphones for any reason, you can return them for a full refund.  We'll provide you a pre-paid shipping label to send back your headset.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
After 7 business days after receiving a return receipt email from us and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  There is often some processing time as well before a refund is posted.
