Shipping policy

We are striving to bring you the best products to your door as soon as possible.

Please allow up to 24-48 hours for our warehouse to process your order.  If you need something expedited.  Please email us and we'll try to prioritize your order.

Delivery will typically arrive in less than a week.  We will be using USPS First Class, USPS Priority or UPS overnight. If more than 7 business days have passed please email us at support@elyxful.com to review the status of your order.  We will help track down your package and let you know what is going on. Refunds will be handled through e-mail if necessary.  Rest assured.  We will take care of you.

International Shipping

We are based in the United States and try our best to supply what we can to everyone around the world.  If an item cannot be sent, we reserve the right to notify you and cancel your order. 

We cannot keep track of the duties and laws in all countries.  Please pay attention to your own country's duty and taxes.  We will not take care of those for you.  Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
